We guarantee that our products will be shipped free of defects and that you will receive them in new condition. We also guarantee that the water ionizers do what we advertise the machines can do, which is produce clean, alkalized and ionized drinking water. We guarantee that the alkaline pH of the water can be tested, verified and that the alkalinity is adjustable. We guarantee that the water becomes ionized and that a healthy negative oxidation reduction potential is produced which is verifiable, repeatable and adjustable.

We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Jupiter ionizer that we offer you a 30 day money back guarantee starting from the day of purchase. If at any time in the first 30 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% handling fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.
"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

We have a five year warranty on all Jupiter Science Ionizers including the Athena & Delphi with the exception of the Ultra Tehno which has a one year warranty. We stand behind our claim that all our models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.

The Jupiter Science 5 year warranty provides free of charge three (3) years parts and labor from the purchase date, with FREE shipping. Then from 3 to 5 years from the purchase date provides an additional two (2) years with free parts and a guaranteed maximum labor charge of $100 on any repair per incident. There are Jupiter Science repair depots on the east and west coast having by far the largest water ionizer & authorized dealer network in the USA.

Jupiter Science Ionizers have the lowest percentage of service issues but should a customer have a problem we are here to help take care of that problem in a short amount of time as possible! Customers are required to contact us first so we may understand the nature of the problem & assess the proper solution. It is not always necessary to send the machine in for service, sometimes just mailing a part is sufficient etc. Should you need service on an ionizer then we will issue a Return Authorization Number & a prepaid UPS shipping label without delay.

Important: Please call or e-mail us to make arrangements prior to returning an Ionizer!!!

Please take note that if you have exceptionally hard water, are on a well, or have very high TDS( Total dissolved solids.) please contact us so that we may make the proper recommendations. Sometimes this is simply recommending the use of a certain pre-filter. The threshold for voiding the warranty is to have no more than 18 grains of hardness and no more than 300ppm of TDS. Values more than stated will void the warranty unless steps are taken to reduce these values with a pre-filter etc. Be sure to contact us for recommendations.

Ionmicrowater will never share any of your personal information with anybody, anytime. This includes your e-mail address which we also will not send e-mails to you other than a receipt for your purchase, or to answer an inquiry from you. We have a strict policy on opting in for special information or our monthly newsletter by e-mail. This is currently not available but will be in the spring of 2008. An e-mail subscription will require an opt in and a confirm before we will send you any information. You may then opt out at any time. Still we will not share your e-mail or any other information with anybody, anytime.

We make the effort to ship and fulfill your order in as short of a time that we can. Please be sure of your order before placing it. Most orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days and often the same day. In most case you can expect your order to arrive in 3 to 5 business days and many times sooner. Free UPS ground shipping includes Canada and the USA & all of it's territories to include Guam & the US virgin Islands. We ship USPS to Alaska & Hawaii and places outside mainland US. International shipping is a flat rate of $75 by USPS Global Express only.

Free shipping includes all ionizers except the Athena and the Delphi models. Free shipping also includes orders over $175 with the exception that some specials with free shipping may be less than $175. Return shipping not included except for warranty issues should the occasion arise

Water filters should not be used on water that is micro biologically unsafe or with well water that is very hard. Please ask us first if unsure.
Do not consume acid water generated by any water purifier without consulting your practitioner.
Do not consume ionized water with a pH of greater than 9 unless approved by your doctor.
