IonMicrowater LLC only offers quality products at fair market prices. We
make a solid effort to provide detailed information about our products helping you
make a correct and informed choice. It is understandable that circumstances
sometimes change our purchase decisions no matter how well informed we are.

Emco Tech Water Ionizers all models
We invite you to try out our new range of Emco Tech ionizers. We are so sure that you will be satisfied that we offer you a 14 day money back guarantee.
If at any time in the first 14 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in “as new condition” and in its original packing.
The 14 day return window begins on the purchase date.
"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals
and DVDs etc. If you have NOT used any product, and NOT opened the box, you can return the product within
14 days of purchase for a full refund. The
original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
Return Policy for Other Items other than water ionizers
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box,
you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.
If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are consumables, books and DVDs),
subject to a 20% restocking charge within 14 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser
Important
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please
contact us to receive your *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund to be sent within 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note that refunds and transfer between banks can take 1 to 5 days.
