We have a limited life time warranty on all Jupiter Science Ionizers including the Athena and Delphi
with the exception of the Ultra Techno which has a one year warranty.
We stand behind our claim that all our models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.
The new Jupiter Science limited lifetime warranty applies to ionizers purchased after September 2009. We decided on this world-first offer in support of our claim that Jupiter models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years. The Jupiter Science warranty provides five (5) years parts and labor, from purchase date, with FREE shipping from anywhere in the USA. (Please note that if sending an ionizer in for repair from outside the USA, the customer needs to pay for all shipping costs).
Then after 5 years from purchase customer pays for shipping and labor we pay for all replacement parts.
After 5 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $195 on the most expensive repair.
Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas!
Jupiter Science Ionizers have the lowest percentage of service issues but should a customer have a problem we are here to help take care of that problem in a short amount of time as possible! Customers are required to contact us first so we may understand the nature of the problem and assess the proper solution.
It is not always necessary to send the machine in for service, sometimes just mailing a part is sufficient etc. Should you need service on an ionizer then we will issue a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid UPS shipping label without delay.
Important: Please call or e-mail us to make arrangements prior to returning an Ionizer!!!
Please take note that if you have exceptionally hard water, are on a well, or
have very high TDS( Total dissolved solids.) please contact us so that we may make the proper recommendations. Sometimes this is simply recommending the use of a certain pre-filter
or
EOS anti-scaling device. The threshold for voiding the warranty is to have no more than 18 grains of hardness and no more than 300ppm of TDS. Values more than stated will void the warranty unless steps are taken to reduce these values with a pre-filter etc. Be sure to contact us for recommendations.
